Here we are with a very famous cake recipe! You will love this very easy to make baked, split donuts. Actually we call it German Cake. It’s healthy, low cal and easy version of doughnut recipe. (German donuts) Directions for the Vanilla Cream: Whisk together sugar and an egg yolk in a large pot Add starch and flour Add milk and mix together Place the pot over medium heat Keep whisking until the mixture gets thicker When the cream is thick, turn the heat off and add vanilla powder When warms down, add in the instant cream whip powder Refrigerate at least 2 hours before you use Directions for the Chocolate Sauce: Transfer the sugar into a sauce pan over medium heat Add starch and cocoa Gradually add in the milk as you keep stirring Keep cooking and stirring until it gets thicker When starts simmering, turn the heat off and add in unsalted butter and dark chocolate Directions for the Sponge Cakes: Transfer warm milk and dry yeast into a large bowl and whish together Add sugar and let yeast activate for around 5 minutes Then blend them Add eggs Add butter Add yoghurt Add vanilla powder Gradually add flour. The dough will be soft and unsticky Cover it up and let the yeast work for around two hours Cut the dough in 2 equal pieces Roll dough medium thin Cut out circles of about 2.5inches in diameter Use a smaller circle to cut out the middle Let the yeast work again for around an hour On 180C(360F) pre-heated oven, bake for approx. 20 minutes until golden brown! Cut the cake in two equal layers and spread vanilla cream Ingredients: 4 cups milk 1 cup granulated sugar 2 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoons of starch 1 egg yolk 2tsp. vanilla 100gram whipping-cream Ingredients for-Chocolate Sauce: 2 cups milk 2 tablespoons cocoa 1 tablespoon cornstarch 80gra my dark chocolate 4 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon butter Sponge Cake Ingredients: 1 cup warm milk 1/2 cup of melted butter or oil 2 tablespoons yogurt 2 eggs 1 cup sugar 1tbs yeast 2tsp vanilla 6 cups of white flour
